More Than Services — It's a Commitment to People

Neighbors in Need exists to strengthen individuals, children, and families through compassionate care that addresses the whole person. We believe every neighbor deserves access to safety, opportunity, and hope — regardless of their circumstances.

"Creating pathways toward long-term stability, healing, resilience, and self-sufficiency for every family we serve."

— Mission of Neighbors in Need

Since 1987, we've been rooted in the heart of our Greater Puget Sound region communities — walking alongside our neighbors through crisis and toward brighter futures. Our wraparound approach ensures no family navigates their challenges alone.

Every Neighbor Matters

Our neighbors come from all walks of life. What unites them is a need for support, dignity, and someone in their corner.

Gun Violence Survivors

Individuals and families in communities across the Greater Puget Sound region, including King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties who have experienced the trauma of gun violence — whether as direct victims, witnesses, or bereaved family members — deserve immediate and sustained support on their healing journey.

At-Risk Youth

Young people ages 6–24 who face barriers to educational success, stability, and positive opportunity. Through mentorship and educational support, we invest in futures that might otherwise go unseen.

Families in Crisis

Families facing housing instability, food insecurity, utility shutoffs, or overwhelming life circumstances. Our wraparound model means we address every layer of need — not just one piece of the puzzle.
